On December 6, senior executives from fields including artificial intelligence, biomedicine, finance, new energy vehicles, gaming, professional tax services and human resources services gathered at the Changning Road Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University to attend the opening ceremony of the offline class for the International Payments & Tax Practitioner (PTA?ATHE) certification.
Participants in the International Payments & Tax Practitioner (Human Resource Management) pathway will complete online courses covering Strategic Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, Tax Management Related to Compensation, Research Methods and Strategic Planning.
Participants in the International Payments & Tax Practitioner (Finance & Taxation Management) pathway will complete online courses including Private Wealth Management, Tax Management Related to Private Wealth, Tax Law, Financial Management for Strategic Managers and International Finance.
At the same time, all participants will attend the offline PTA?ATHE certification courses hosted by the School of Continuing Education, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The offline sessions will be delivered by senior experts in fields such as artificial intelligence, private wealth management, human resource management, compensation and benefits administration, and tax law.
The first lecture, AI Collaboration and Substitution with Humans, was given by Ms. Zhu Zhaoying, Expert Member of the National Artificial Intelligence Standards General Group under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and President of Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Industry Research Institute. Starting from a macro perspective of developing new quality productive forces and ushering in a new era of AI data, and combining Shanghai’s industrial layout, Professor Zhu conducted an in-depth analysis of Deepseek practical techniques and enterprise cases. The course focused on AI?human collaboration, work restructuring and the "substitution" crisis, followed by future outlook and intensive hands?on training, helping participants effectively master key skills in leveraging AI.
Following the inclusion of three certifications in the 2024 Recognition List V2.0 by the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau — namely the International Payments & Tax Practitioner (Comprehensive) ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma for Payments and Tax Agents, the International Payments & Tax Practitioner (Human Resource Management) ATHE Level 7 Diploma for Payments and Tax Agents (Human Resource Management), and the International Payments & Tax Practitioner (Finance & Taxation Management) ATHE Level 7 Diploma for Payments and Tax Agents (Finance and Taxation Management) — all three qualifications were again included in the 2025 Recognition List V3.0.
